eReuse offers a range of programs for both students and local people to get involved with. These programs will not only equip you with the experience and knowledge that will help you develop your professional skill set, but also allow you to meet and make a few friends along the way.

Students can get involved in the multiple programs we currently have, including:

  • Refurbishment workshop that teaches you the process of turning an old computer into a product that can be sold
  • Social activities and events¬†such as our gaming and movie nights that allows you to interact with fellow eReusers. (Event TBA)
  • International Students Program that aim to tackle the issue of eWastage in our local community through engaging international students.
  • Hardware lessons¬†to develop hardware and computer skills (core STEM skills) and learn how to upgrade and re-use your own computers.
  • Sustainability research to encourage and support budding students in understanding the opportunities and rewards of a research career and to promote the spirit of enquiry in undergraduate students and the public.

For those in the community, you can help support eReuse through:

  • E-waste Collection that collects unwanted computers and computer related devices so we can promote sustainable technology usage.
  • Computer Purchasing where we offer refurbished computers for the community to purchase and source from.

No matter how you get involved, the team at eReuse is looking forward in seeing you at any of these programs, events or workshops. Keep checking this space as we will be updating our programs as time progresses!
